Ordering

Who can order from you?: Qualified researchers, and people buying on behalf of a research institution, university, hospital, laboratory, or commercial R&D group. You must be 21 or over and able to identify the organisation you are buying for. We do not sell to individuals purchasing for personal use, and there is no exception.
Do I need an account?: No. Checkout is guest only by design. We deliberately do not build accounts, because a list of named people and the research chemicals they bought is a genuinely sensitive dataset, and the safest way to hold it is to hold less of it.
How do I pay?: By bank transfer against an invoice. You place the order, we send account details and a reference, and you send the payment from your bank. Institutions can pay against a purchase order with net terms once an account is established. See Quotes & purchase orders.
Why not credit cards?: We are working on it. Card processing for research chemical suppliers requires specialist underwriting that takes time to arrange properly, and we would rather take payment on a rail we know is stable than one that might be switched off mid order.
Can I change or cancel an order?: Before it ships, yes. Email alchemyarchivellc@gmail.com with your reference. After despatch, see Shipping & Returns.

What does your Certificate of Analysis actually show?: Purity by RP-HPLC at 220 nm, and identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, both from an independent laboratory we name on the certificate. Purity alone tells you something is pure; mass spec tells you it is the right molecule. A certificate with only one of those is not enough, and a certificate naming the vendor’s own facility as the testing lab is not independent.
Can I see the certificate before I buy?: Yes, and without an account. Every certificate we hold is searchable by lot number in the certificate library, and any product whose current lot has not been assayed says so on its page before you order. Verifiability that costs you a login is not verifiability.
What is your release specification?: ≥98.0% by RP-HPLC. Lots below specification are rejected rather than downgraded and sold at a lower grade. Full method detail is on the Quality page.
The lot number on my vial does not appear in your library.: Do not use the material. Contact alchemyarchivellc@gmail.com with the number and we will trace it. A vial carrying a lot number we cannot account for did not come from us.

Where do you ship?: Within the United States only. No international, and no freight forwarders.
How is it packed?: Lyophilized in a sealed vial, shipped in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature for a domestic shipment, so the cold pack is a margin of safety rather than a requirement.
My cold pack arrived thawed. Is the material ruined?: Almost certainly not. See above: the cold pack is insurance, not the thing keeping the material viable. If you are concerned, email alchemyarchivellc@gmail.com with your reference.
How should I store it?: Sealed vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Transfer to cold storage promptly on arrival. Per item direction is on each product specification.
When will my order ship?: Once payment clears, normally 1 to 3 business days after you send it. You get an email at each step, and you can check status any time at Track your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?: Yes. Universities, hospitals, and established commercial laboratories can raise a PO against a written quote. Net terms are available once an account is established. Start at Quotes & purchase orders.
Can you provide a W-9, SDS, or supplier qualification paperwork?: Yes, all three, usually the same business day. Ask at alchemyarchivellc@gmail.com. We would rather send it before you commit than after.
Do you offer volume pricing?: 10% at five vials, 18% at ten. Above 25 vials we quote individually, so a person reviews the order rather than a discount table.

What will this compound do?: We cannot answer that. Everything we sell is supplied strictly as a laboratory reagent for in vitro research, and we are not permitted to discuss use in humans or animals, in any amount, by any route. That holds however the question is framed, including hypothetically or in the third person. If you have a health question, please speak with a licensed physician.
Can you tell me how much to use, or how to prepare it?: No. We publish no administration guidance of any kind, and staff are prohibited from providing it privately. This is not us being unhelpful, it is the condition on which a research reagent supplier can operate lawfully.
